• What is the USP of K7 COMPUTING?

K7 Computing is a 27 year old IT security organization. This was the first IT security organization that got established in India. Our primary focus is customer satisfaction and to make sure that the corporate segment and the institutions which are there in India and the government segment are secured from all kinds of cyber attacks that happens across the world and in India. The motto is to make sure that we have a secured India.

• What are the products & services of K7 COMPUTING?

One is directly related to the IT security aspect of it. That is endpoint security. There are two versions to it. One is the console part, and the other one is the cloud version. The third solution that I would want to talk about is the firewall UTM solution. Besides these three solutions, the fourth service is the K7 Academy which has specific focus towards the educational aspect. The kind of opportunities which is there in the cyber security space is huge and when you talk of the manpower requirement, which is going to come in, which is already there in place, and the shortage that is there of almost three lakhs odd people who are required on a yearly basis are areas which we are working on.

• What are the benefits customers receive from K7 computing?

When you talk of customer benefits, K7 Computing has been always customer centric. Our customer retention rate is more than 95 -96%. Any customer who gets associated with us has been there for around 10-12 years or more. That itself explains the kind of services we provide to customers and how they are y happy with our kind of approach.

• What is the customer base of K7 computing?

We have 25 million odd end points across the globe present across 10+ odd countries. The major customer base is in Japan with15 million live end points.
• What is the go-to-market strategy of K7 COMPUTING?

It is more of a partner centric approach that we are having and that is also the plan in the future. We want to make sure that we work closely with our partners.

• What are the key focus areas and initiatives in your business roadmap of next 24months?
The focus is going to be more in terms of building on a very strong IT security solution, which is already in place. We just want to capitalize and build more on it. We would want to get into the education segment which we have already started. It’s called the K7 Academy wherein we are working closely with different institutions, different universities and trying to make sure that we try to give the right kind of education to the students. The reason the focus is there on students is because the kind of opportunities available in the cyber security space is humongous and that is something we would want to focus on.

• Tell us about K7 COMPUTING’s vision for 2020?

Our vision is to make sure that we have a secure India. We want to make sure that all of our corporate, enterprise & SMB segment are secured and able to do business freely without any inhibitions in terms of the IT security aspect.
