Excelia manages specific processes, such as employee onboarding, training and information gathering and frees HR departments from much of the monotonous work that commonly keeps them from the core of their jobs. It taps into the Excelity’s central human resources (HR) information system and allows the ‘bot’ to give “instant and individualised responses” specifically tailored to an employee’s unique profile.
