ITVar News: How are you focusing on Indian geography with regards to application delivery model?

Shibu Paul: India is going to be one of the top regions for Array globally and our investments and commitments will be in the same lines.

ITVN: How many live customers do you have in India?

SP: We have more than 200 customers in India.

ITVN: What are some of the key differentiators for your product offerings in India?

SP: Excellent performance results, superior support and value for money.

ITVN: How do you go to market your product range in India? What is the role being played by the channel community here?

SP: We are a 100% channel focused company and all our orders are processed through channel partners. Hence they form a critical part of our value chain for instance Array Total Value Channel Program. Array Total Value is a comprehensive partner program enabling select partners to drive new business opportunities and increased profits selling application, desktop and cloud service delivery products and solutions. There are two membership levels available to authorized partners: Authorized and Premium. Both partnership levels receive extensive training and sales support. Premium partners receive increased margins relative to an increased partner commitment.

ITVN: Please share with us some of your plans to grow in India? Any challenges that you are facing in the country?

SP: Our vision is to be the in the top 3 vendor in any product market segment we compete in. We have achieved this in ADC product segment and you will witness similar growth in Wan Optimization & SSL VPN segments.

ITVN: Where is this growth likely to come from? Please specify your key focus vertical areas?

SP: Government, BFSI & telecom are the focus verticals for us. We expect to grow 100%+ within these verticals.
